Let it be known that we, Fina, Royal Patroness of the Arts, and Tarrach, our King, are aware of the accomplishments by Dyderich Wolfhart in his excellence at and obsession with the construction and teaching of seige weaponry. Therefore, wer are minded to create him a Companion of the Order of the Evergreen. We grant him all rights and responsibilities of this rank.
